The act of subscription indicates the willingness of an individual or corporation/organization to pledge support and adhere to the Charter. It is also a commitment made by the applicants to enhance personal hygiene and that of the environment, in accordance with the spirit of the Charter. Since the act of subscription is on a voluntary basis, no monitor or appeal system will be implemented.
